Meet Justin Casperson
Justin Casperson is currently the Director of Parks and Recreation Department with the City of Marshfield. I joined the MACFI board to stay involved in the community, help programs succeed and improve people’s quality of life. I’m grateful for the opportunities provided to me and proud of our accomplishments.
Originally from Marshfield, Justin left after High School to pursue his Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation Management at the University of Wisconsin La Crosse. His past professional experiences include: Director of Parks and Recreation with the Village of Germantown; Recreation Supervisor with the City of West Bend’s Park, Recreation and Forestry Department; Recreation Supervisor with the Nicolet Recreation Department in Glendale, WI; Program and Facility Manager for the Cary Park District in Cary IL; Program Leader with City of Waukesha Parks and Recreation Department; and Program Supervisor for the La Crosse Park and Recreation Department. Justin has received several awards for his involvement with state and local organizations and
associations.
